My name is Michael M. Kloian.  I'm a real estate Broker,  not an agent.  The Preface in my book explains why I wrote  "Sell It By Owner and Save" and several recent reviews says it all - in a nutshell.  My book is very educational. I will be telling you some things you may already know but many more things you don't know.  IT'S ALL HERE!

My credentials:  I've been actively involved in real estate since May, 1976 (31 years of experience); I was top producer, top listing agent and winner of numerous awards including the coveted REALTOR of the Year in 1992 (which by the way is the highest honor anyone can receive in the real estate business since you are voted for by your peers - sort of like the Academy Awards for Real Estate). I served on governing boards, numerous committees, such as Professional Standards, served as board President, and was very active and involved in the politics of real estate (the only way to stay close to things).
